To gauge our performance, Sail Management actively tracks and measures all properties against key metrics such as:
- Occupancy: out-perform the budget and the immediate submarket
- Closing Ratio: maintain 35% or higher
- Renewal Ratios: maintain 50% or better
- NOI: out-perform the budget whenever possible but realistically
- Collections: proactively attack account receivables to maintain bad debt at/or below budgeted level
- Utility Reimbursement: ensure accurate utility charge backs and collections to recover at least 90% of the overall bill
